Jess has always had an interest in interior spaces and was awarded the Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) designation, the benchmark accreditation in the staging industry. As an ASP, Jessica has undergone the highest quality of training.
Based in Austin, Texas, but originally from West Texas, Jess has worked in the real estate industry as a licensed agent with Keller Williams for just under 3 years with heavy emphasis on selling, marketing and staging listings.
In this span of time it’s become apparent that there is a need for home staging in real estate industry - particularly now more than ever as our local market gets increasingly more competitive. She specializes in working with homeowners and real estate professionals to maximize a property’s visual appeal in order to minimize days on market.
Jessica’s style of staging is tasteful, creative, thoughtful and meant to be entirely turnkey with each detail planned and executed purposefully and efficiently and within the client’s desired time frame and budget.
Interior design, paint, the arts and music have always been a pursuit for Jess. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University in Agricultural Development and has background experience in phlebotomy, merchandising, and management.
She was married in October of 2007 in Lajitas, Texas to Judge Bermes who works for Carlson, Brigance & Doering Engineering in land surveying here in Austin.
