Q: Why Sell a Staged Home?
Q: What is an ASP?
Q: What are common staging misconceptions?
Q: Do you stage vacant properties?
A: Yes! We have inventory to equip most any room in a typical property. If properties are larger than 2,000 square feet or if all of our inventory is currently being used, we also have relationships with furniture rental companies and can arrange for furniture to be delivered to the property.
Q: What is “Staging to Live”?
A: Staging to live is using the practice of staging for a homeowner who is not trying to sell. It’s a way to maximize personal space by organizing, editing belongings and furniture, and using tips and tricks to enhance the visual appeal of your home. This is a service that, in general, is a more affordable alternative to interior design.
Q: How long does staging take?
A: This depends on the size of the project and whether or not the property is occupied or vacant. Vacant properties typically take longer though occupied homes in which there is an abundance of personal belongings can also take additional time. Most jobs will take between 6 hours and 2 full days.
Q: Do you have to stage the entire house?
A: No. We customize staging plans for each client and will stage as much or as little as they’d like.
Q: How much does staging cost?
A: See “Our Staging Services”
