There are a variety of ways in which we can work together and many of my services are a la carte. Initial contact will include an interview with the Realtor© or client by phone or in person to establish budget, needs and timeline.
Non-Written Verbal Recommendations and Consultations
This type of consultation is one in which we will tour the property together and I will make verbal recommendations for staging, decorating and/or design purposes. This is particularly helpful with our minimalist friends out there who don’t have tons of things. This consultation will not include any staging or decorating work or a written report.
$75 / Hour
Detailed Consultation Report
DCR is a comprehensive room-by-room report I will put together after touring the home. This report will include detailed instructions for staging the subject property and will also include “Before” photos for assistance. Also included will be a bid in the event you and/or the homeowner wish to have the property professionally staged by Jess.
$300.00: Up to 2,000 Square Feet
$350.00: 2,001 – 3,200 Square Feet
$450.00: 3,201+ Square Feet
*The Consultation Report Fee is payable at the time of order and will be delivered in person, by mail or by email (or any combination that is preferred) within 24 hours of date ordered. The Realtor© and the homeowner will each receive duplicate copies of the DCR.
Bid for a Staging Order
A Bid will include the following information:
*A list of rooms to be staged
*Before photos
*Duplicate copies for both the homeowner(s) and the Realtor©
*Staging Fee (including tax) itemized for staging the subject property.
Approximately $0.85 / Square Foot of Total Areas to be Staged - This is an estimate as each property requires differing amounts of inventory and time to complete.
Additional Fees
*Loading/Unloading & De-staging Fee: $50
*Inventory Rental: Customized Per Project
*Personal Shopping at Request of Client/Realtor©: $75/hour
*State Sales Tax
*$25 Trip Charge
*Costs incurred for services leading to a confirmed staging project will be credited back to payer in the total bid for work to be completed. Inventory rental, tax and de-staging fees and trip charges incurred excluded.
